In the laboratory we develop the following services:

— Adaptation of spaces to the technical project to be implemented


Installation and technical assistance

We have teams in constant movement, from north to south of Portugal, to support our Clients in the different areas in which we intervene.

We have a collection and delivery service by DHL, from and to the whole country.

If you have faulty equipment, talk to us and, if convenient, we can schedule the collection of the equipment. After intervention, the equipment will be delivered by the same route or by a technical team, if reinstallation is required.

  • What are the opening hours?

    Our working hours, in the 9/5 standard, are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a break for lunch, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, we are closed.


    For Customers with technical assistance contracts or service packages, hours may differ as agreed and may be extended to 7/16 or 7/9.

  • Is it possible to contact outside standard hours or outside agreed hours?

    If you do not have a contract or set of services, services may not be available. If you have a contract or set of services, it will be charged or discounted as teleassistance.

  • What are the accepted payment methods?

    We currently only accept payments by bank transfer or cash at the counter. Soon we will have other possibilities such as by refª. ATM.

  • Do you have any branches?

    No! We have the headquarters and a network of technicians in constant movement, from north to south of Portugal.

  • How do I order a service?

    In a first contact, through any of the ways indicated on this website, after opening the incident, the technician will be contacted to obtain more details that are necessary and, if possible, schedule the intervention.


    After scheduling, an invoice for the initial amount is issued, which can be settled at the counter or by bank transfer. Only after payment, will the appointment made be validated.


    Before requesting any service, you must read our data protection policies, warranty and service provision conditions. When proceeding with a service request, you will indicate that you are fully aware of these documents, accepting the conditions stated therein.
