We are a service company that designs, supplies, installs and maintains solutions according to the needs of our customers.

Geographical area

Our headquarters and operations center are located in Lisbon, but we have teams of professionals, located from north to south of Portugal.


The maximum arrival time for a new local support request never exceeds 6 working hours, with a typical value of 2 Hours.

Technical support and sales

In technical support, there are 2 categories of action:


Customers with no ties, whether contractual or otherwise, the Customer places the order, is contacted by the technician so that the action to be taken is decided.


After consulting and according to the technician's opinion, the operation is registered and the initial value of the process is invoiced. After paying the amount, the assistance process begins. At the end of the process, the incident is closed with the issuance of the final invoice or credit note, in case there was an excess of initial calculation.


For Customers with a contractual or other bond, the procedure is identical to the previous one, except that amounts will only be paid in advance if the incidence is outside the scope of the contract or other existing bond.


In selling solutions, our procedure is simple.


After consultation with the Customer, the technical department is contacted to determine the need and, eventually, a visit is scheduled if necessary. After obtaining all the inherent data, it will be decided whether it is necessary to create a project or just make a proposal.


If there is a need for a project, it will have an initial cost that will later be credited to the value of the solution.

Budgets, diagnostics and projects

Budgets and commercial proposals are free, while equipment repair diagnosis has an initial cost, as do processes that involve designing a project. In both cases, if the Customer awards the repair or execution of the project, the prepaid amounts will be deducted from the final amount.


In short, in case of acceptance, they are free.

Service prices

In terms of support, there are three modes:


With contractual or other bond.

No contractual bond.

Under warranty.

In mode 1, under contract, the values are negotiated according to the equipment, distance, number of planned actions, and, compared to the table values, the Customer can save up to 30% on the cost of support operations, whether local or remote.


In mode 1, without a contract, by "other", we are referring to service packages, which exist in several versions and, by pre-purchasing these services, save up to 20% over the table prices.


In any version of mode 1, in addition to financial savings, there is another benefit, which is greater speed in the assistance process.



In mode 2, the list price is in force and will always imply pre-payment of a minimum amount, typified according to the equipment and installation conditions.



In mode 3, and in compliance with the legislation in force, the Customer enjoys a 3-year warranty on equipment, replaced parts and 6 months for services provided, with the 3rd year only covering parts, not including services and only for manufacturing defects detected as actual or imminent during the first 2 years of the equipment's life, with the exception of mechanical or electromechanical parts subject to wear and tear.


The warranty does not cover technical team travel. However, for Samsung's range of smart signage equipment and/or TechDigital LED displays, travel will not be charged during the first year of warranty.
